SHIPPING & PAYMENT METHOD
All of our shipping and payments are done through Shopify. We ship Priority Mail in the United States and 1st Class for international orders. For all international orders, please note that your country may charge you an import tax to retrieve your package. We cannot be held responsible for this or reimburse these costs. Please check with your customs department in your country before purchasing for more information on import tax.
The current shipping time is 3-8 business days after an order is placed and payment is received. All items are made to order and we promise it will be worth the wait! Please verify your address you provided is correct and up-to-date since that is the address we use to ship to. If an item is shipped to an outdated address and is returned to us, you will be responsible for additional postage to resend the items.
RETURN POLICY
Any items that are not opened or used can be returned up to 30 days from delivery for a full refund. You will be contacted by e-mail about your refund once we receive and process the returned item. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged item so we can file a claim with the postal service and reissue a replacement item.
